What are your delivery schedules and cut-off times?
We set our available delivery schedules every week which can be seen in the Order Summary page. These schedules may vary.
Cut-off times are set 2 days before the delivery date to prepare your orders.
Why the early cut-off for pre-orders?
Since we use sourdough on all our products, these take awhile to ferment and properly proof.
We have set our cut-off times for each pick-up date as late as we possibly can to where we can still ensure that you receive the best quality that our bakehouse has to offer.
Why do we charge extra for sliced loaves?
We understand how confusing and frustrating it must be to pay for extra for this service; and as much as we'd love to provide this for free this simply isn't sustainable in the long run.
Hard crusted sourdough loaves such as ours requires substantial cooling to be able to be properly sliced while preserving the bread's crumb structure and prevent it from sticking to the machine.
Slicing these breads by hand would take up a lot of our man-power disrupting our workflow thus requiring the aid of machines which costs thousands; not to mention the cost of regular maintenance of these blades and the machine itself.
While buying pre-sliced loaves may be convenient, this compromises the bread's structure and ability to stay fresh longer. That is why we encourage everybody to get their loaves whole as much as possible.

We currently offer in-store pickups thru 3rd party couriers ( to be booked by the customer ) such as lalamove, and grab.
